Stainless steel products are nickel-free, tested for skin compatibility, and comply with EU regulations.
Silver products are made from high-quality sterling silver (925 silver) and are tested for skin compatibility. Silver can tarnish over time, which can be easily remedied by polishing. Some of our silver products are gold-plated with a thin layer of gold. Important: Contact with water, sweat, perfume, or other chemicals can quickly cause the gold plating to fade or wear off. We therefore recommend protecting these products from moisture to preserve the gold plating.
Acetate products (e.g., hair clips, claw clips): Acetate is a high-quality, lightweight, and durable material known for its longevity and color brilliance. It is hypoallergenic and well-suited for sensitive scalp and hair.
Textile products (e.g., scrunchies): Made from cotton, silk, polyester, or blended fabrics. We focus on skin-friendly and durable materials.
Plastic products: Made from durable plastics such as acrylic or polycarbonate, which are free from harmful substances like BPA.

No, the customer must bear the costs of returns. Except for orders within Germany with a goods value of over 150€, we will provide you with a return slip.
