You can add as many charms as specified in the product selection.
Depending on the chain, I recommend between 7-9 charms for a clean look.
I recommend placing the larger charms in the middle and the smaller charms on the outer edges.

How to attach the charms
The charms will be permanently attached to the chain using jump rings. Therefore, it is important that you are happy with the order of your charms.

You can easily polish our pieces of jewelry with a soft cloth to make them shine again. For heavier soiling, lukewarm water and a little soap also helps.
Attention: Depending on the country (outside the EU) customs fees may arise, which must be paid by the customer!
The delivery time varies depending on the shipping method and destination. For deliveries within Germany, the average delivery time is usually 1-3 working days + processing time.
For international deliveries, the duration depends on the distance and customs regulations of the destination country.
As a rule, you can expect a delivery time of 5-10 working days.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns. We allow customers to return items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, we ask customers to contact us by email at shop@classievu.de, stating the order number and address details and stating the reason for the return.
After verification, we will inform the customer accordingly and initiate the return process. Please note that certain items, such as hygiene products or personalized items, may be excluded from our return policy.
No, the customer must bear the costs of returns. Except for orders within Germany with a goods value of over 150€, we will provide you with a return slip.
